TO: ROBERT McCARTNEY, biological father of R.L.M.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on December 20, 2022, at 8:30 o’clock a.m, the petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, is seeking to ADJUDICATE that ROBERT McCARTNEY, biological father of R.L.M., is an abusing parent. The petitioner alleges, among other things, that health and welfare of K.H. is harmed or threatened by a present refusal, failure or inability of ROBERT McCARTNEY, to supply the child with necessary food, clothing, shelter, supervision, medical care or education, and that he has abandoned his child.
It is ORDERED that an adjudication/disposition hearing be held before the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, Third Floor, Brooke County Courthouse, 632 Main Street, Wellsburg, West Virginia on December 20, 2022, at 9:30 o’clock a.m, and that ROBERT McCARTNEY appear to object or make other defenses to the disposition requested herein. Failure to appear or otherwise make defense at such hearing may result in the termination of the parental and/or custodial rights of ROBERT McCARTNEY.
