Celebrate National Comic Book Day at the Library

The Brooke County Public Library and Follansbee Branch will be celebrating National Comic Book Day on Monday, Sept. 25. Stop in during library hours to pick up a free comic book. All ages are welcome. One comic book per patron while supplies last. A variety of comics are available.

The Foundery Church will host a “Trunk n Treat” Saturday, Oct. 28, from 4-6 p.m., at Brooke Hills Park. The event is open to kids from birth through 8th grade. Pre-registration must be completed no later than Monday, Oct. 23 and can be done by visiting
