JUDY ANN SMITH KINS, 67, of Wellsburg, Wv passed away December 2, 2022, at Liza’s Place, Wheeling, WV. She was born August 2, 1955, in Wheeling, Wv to the late George W. and Kathleen Smedley Smith Sr. She was the former owner of Partyland in Wellsburg, WV. In addition, to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Stanley Kins who passed in 2021, three brothers George Smith Jr, Paul Smith, Terry Smith Sr. She is survived by her son Scott Kins (Pam), Stephanie Kins (Will Hicks) both of Wellsburg, WV, four brothers Arthur Smith (Yvonna) of Phoenix, AZ, Jerry Smith, Charles Smith, Mark Smith (Dora) all of Wellsburg, WV, three grandchildren Kinsley Hicks, Tia and Roman Starkey, seven great grandchildren Jamari Vincent, Maejor Gordon, Kash Gordon, Krew Gordon, Brad Gordon Jr., Lily Stewart, Roman Starkey II, several nieces and nephews also survive.
