Brandon Lee Hartley

BRANDON LEE HARTLEY, 27, of Follansbee, WV, passed away suddenly from complications of possible seizures and COVID-19 on December 2, 2022 at his residence. Brandon was born on October 14, 1995 in Weirton, WV. He was the son of the Franklin Hartley of Wellsburg, WV and Charlene Wellman of Steubenville, OH. Brandon worked at Bulldog Rack in Weirton, WV as a welder. Many will remember Brandon for his love of fishing and gaming; but most of all, being an amazing dad for his daughter. Brandon was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Lee and Nora (Walnoha) Hartley and maternal grandparents,Charles Tingler and Mary Virginia (Ziegler) Wellman. In addition to his parents, Brandon is survived by his daughter, Serenity Hartley (5 years old); three brothers: Aaron Hartley, Christopher Hartley and Donavan Hartley; a nephew, Maverick Hartley; two nieces: Aleigha Hartley and Lydia Hartley and on the way, Aalayah Hartley; four aunts: Malinda Givens, Tammy Wellman, Wanda Carbasho and Jonann Fleming; four uncles: Chucky Wellman, James “Jimbo” Wellman, Lee Hartley and Earl Hartley; and a host of cousins and friends. Family and friends were received on Sunday, December 11, 2022 until the time of the funeral service, at the Chambers Funeral Home, Wellsburg, with Eric Fithyan, Funeral Celebrant.
