Eleanor Mae (Alburn) Lallone

ELEANOR MAE (ALBURN) LALLONE, 94, of Wellsburg, WV, passed away on Monday, December 26, 2022 at Ann’s Country Retreat, Wellsburg. Eleanor was born on August 22, 1928 in Wheeling, WV. She moved to Wellsburg when she married her late husband, Peter John Lallone, who died in 2016. Eleanor was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Wellsburg, WV. Many will remember Eleanor for her care of her daughter growing up always cooking and baking. In addition to her husband, Eleanor was preceded in death by her grandson, Brandon Stewart. Eleanor is survived by her dedicated and devoted daughter, Sondra Stewart and her husband, Jeffrey of Morgantown, WV and a grandson, Troy Stewart. Family and friends were received on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 until the time of Liturgy of the Word, at the Chambers Funeral Home, Wellsburg, with Father Justin Golna, presiding. Interment was held privately at Franklin Cemetery, Wellsburg, next to husband, Peter.
