SCHARMAINE FOX, 88, of Weirton, WV passed away on December 25, 2022, in Providence Point Health Care Facility after a long illness. Born March 10, 1934, in Wheeling, West Virginia, Scharmaine was the daughter of the late Stidger Chambers and Mayme McNicholas Chambers. She was also preceded in death by her husband Ernest B.
