VERA “LAVAUGHN” COULTER, 83, of Wellsburg, WV died peacefully on Thursday, December 29, 2022, at her home. LaVaughn was born on May 16, 1939, in Reader, WV a daughter of the late Glen and Mary (Conley) Shreve.
