DEBRA D. RUJAK, 64, of Colliers, WV passed away Sunday, January 8, 2023, unexpectedly at home. She was born February 27, 1958, in Washington, PA, the daughter of the late Kenneth Lee Donley (2011) and Florence Maia Good Donley of Weirton, WV.
