JOY C. GRUBBS, 76, of Burgettstown, PA passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at Weirton Medical Center. She was born June 30, 1946, in Washington, NC, the daughter of the late Charles and Eunice Hilton Peebles. Joy was a loving and amazing mother, grandmother, and friend to all.
