PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on MARCH 28, 2023, at 9:45 o’clock a.m, the petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, is seeking to establish that the child, M.M., is in imminent danger, and further, to adjudicate that M.M., a minor child is abused and/or neglected, and that APRIL VENEZIALE, is an abusing parent. The petitioner alleges, among other things, that health and welfare of M.M. is harmed or threatened by a present refusal, failure or inability of APRIL VENEZIALE to supply the child with necessary food, clothing, shelter, supervision, medical care or education, and that there is no reasonable likelihood that the conditions of abuse will be remedied in the near future.
It is ORDERED that an adjudicatory hearing be held before the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, Third Floor, Brooke County Courthouse, 632 Main Street, Wellsburg, West Virginia on March 28, 2023, at 9:45 o’clock a.m, and that APRIL VENEZIALE appear to object or make other defenses to the relief requested herein. Failure to appear or otherwise make defense at such hearing may result in the termination of the parental and/or custodial rights APRIL VENEZIALE.
