VIRGINIA LOU BOYD, 83, of Weirton, WV passed away at Brightwood Center on Saturday, January 21, 2023. Virginia was born in Holliday’s Cove, on November 9, 1939, one of three children born to Shannon R. and Virginia Belle Campbell Weaver.
