Fred Allen Shreve

FRED ALLEN SHREVE, 74, of Colliers, WV passed away on February 4, 2023 surrounded by family. He was born on January 24th, 1949 and Reader West Virginia to the late Richard Allen and Betty Lou (Smith) Shreve.
