JESSE ROBERTA WADE, 98, passed away at Weirton Medical Center after a brief illness on Sunday, February 5, 2023. She was born on October 18, 1924, in Earnshaw, WV, one of seven children born to Omri and Catherine Grim Kirkpatrick.
