TO: JOHN CLARK and RACHEL CLARK, biological parents of A.C.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 9, 2023, at 9:00 o’clock a.m, a hearing will be held before the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, Third Floor, Brooke County Courthouse, 632 Main Street, Wellsburg, West Virginia, at which time the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources will seek to ADJUDICATE that JOHN CLARK and RACHEL CLARK are abusing parents, and to further terminate the parental and custodial rights of JOHN CLARK and RACHEL CLARK, biological parents of A.C., for the reason that there is no reasonable likelihood that the conditions of neglect or abuse can be substantially corrected in the near future and that it is necessary for the welfare of the child to terminate the parental rights of the said parents.
It is ORDERED that an adjudication/disposition hearing be held before the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, Third Floor, Brooke County Courthouse, 632 Main Street, Wellsburg, West Virginia on May 9, 2023, at 9:00 o’clock a.m, and that JOHN CLARK and RACHEL CLARK appear to object or make other defenses to the disposition requested herein. Failure to appear or otherwise make defense at such hearing may result in the termination of the parental and/or custodial rights of JOHN CLARK and RACHEL CLAR.
