ORDER OF PUBLICATION

TO: CHELSEA METZ, biological mother, and JUSTIN GODDARD, biological father

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 10, 2023, at 10:30 o’clock a.m, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources is seeking to terminate the parental and custodial rights of Chelsea Metz, biological mother of the children named above, and Justin Goddard, biological father of the children named above. The Department alleges, among other things, that the Respondent parents have been adjudicated as abusing parents, and that there is no reasonable likelihood that the conditions of neglect or abuse can be substantially corrected in the near future and that it is necessary for the welfare of the children to terminate the parental rights of the parents.
It is ORDERED that a disposition hearing be held before the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, Third Floor, Brooke County Courthouse, 632 Main Street, Wellsburg, West Virginia on March 10, 2023, at 10:30 o’clock a.m, and that Chelsea Metz and Justin Goddard appear to object or make other defenses to the disposition requested herein. Failure to appear or otherwise make defense at such hearing may result in the termination of the parental and/or custodial rights of Chelsea Metz and Justin Goddard.
