ROSE A. VOLPI, 94, of Weirton, WV, passed away Thursday, February 9, 2023 at Weirton Medical Center. She was born June 18, 1928 in Windber, PA, daughter of the late Antonio and Fiorella Ferrante D’Angelo. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Rudy I.
