ROSEANN WATT, 84, of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on Saturday, February 11, 2023, at her daughter’s home in Queen Creek, AZ. Roseann was born on October 29, 1938, in Wheeling, WV a daughter of the late Nicola and Grace Maltese.
