The Brooke County Commission is requesting qualifications and price proposals from interested parties for removal of asbestos containing material, demolition, & removal of building and clean-up of site for the property located at the corner of Charles and 6th Streets in Wellsburg, West Virginia, 26070 (Brooke County). The format for submittals, information regarding the scope of work, and selection criteria used by the County Commission is available from the Brooke County Clerk’s Office, 632 Main Street Wellsburg, West Virginia, 26070, or by telephone at 304-737-3661. Proposals must be submitted and timestamped into the Brooke County Clerk’s Office, 632 Main Street Wellsburg, West Virginia, 26070, no later than 10:00 AM on Tuesday, March 07, 2023. Failure to provide the required information as requested in the RFP for Brooke County’s review may result in disqualification. Proposals will be opened and entered into public record at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, March 07, 2023 in the County Commission Meeting Room, 632 Main Street Wellsburg, West Virginia, 26070. Brooke County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, and to take whatever action is in the best interest of the Brooke County Commission.
