Robert Mylan Torbica

ROBERT MYLAN TORBICA, 63, of Weirton, WV passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, following a lengthy illness at Brightwood Center. He was born on July 14, 1959, in Weirton, the son of Voyo and Millicent Dragisich Dolphin. A proud member of the United States Air Force, Robert graduated from Wintersville High School in 1978. Robert was a kind person, never knowing a stranger. He found great enjoyment in being around his family and cheering on his favorite football teams, the Miami Dolphins and the Ohio State Buckeyes. Robert was preceded in death by his parents. Left to cherish his memory with love are his sister Stephanie Heagy of Weirton, niece Millie Clancey and nephews Tony Orelli and Stephen Heagy. Friends were invited to join with Robert’s family at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, Weirton on Saturday, February 18, 2023 until the time of the service, with Pastor James Rhodes officiating. Burial followed in the Serbian Cemetery, Weirton.
