ELEANOR RUTH POLGAR, 84, of Weirton, WV passed away at her home on Friday, March 3, 2023. Eleanor was born on February 1, 1939, in Weirton, WV one of three children born to Dewey and Olive Clark Loy. She lived her early years in New Cumberland, WV.
