Kelly Jean Mixter

KELLY JEAN MIXTER, 53, of Weirton, WV passed away Thursday, March 2, 2023, at Weirton Medical Center. She was born January 24, 1970, in Weirton, WV, the daughter of the late Joseph Lee Anderson and Hazel DeGarmo Anderson. She was also preceded in death by her granddaughter, Scarlet Anderson; sisters, Lori Steven, Missy Pope; brother, David E. “Smitty” Smith. Kelly enjoyed her children and grandchildren. Surviving is her husband, Samuel A. Mixter, Jr.; daughter, Tiffany Renee Harris; son, Michael J. Anderson, Sr.; grandchildren, Michael J. Anderson, Jr., Julianna Anderson, McKenzie Anderson, Allen Harris, Caleb Harris, Vincent Andreozzi, Chanel Anderson; sisters, Kim Lucas (John), Jenny Swiger (Joe Lee Stevens), Jody Pitchford (Jeff), Annie Smearman (Jerry); daughter-in-law, Kelly Chevalier; sister-in-law, Anna Smith; brother-in-law, Dave Yoho; several nieces and nephews. Per the wishes of Kelly, there was no visitation or service. Cremation was entrusted to Steel and Wolfe Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Weirton.
