Wanat will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Leila Sinclair Williams to Leila Sinclair Wanat, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
