Elsie Helen Bellinski Schupbach

ELSIE HELEN BELLINSKI SCHUPBACH, 81, of Wellsburg, WV passed away March 14, 2023, at home. She was born November 16, 1941, in Bellaire, OH to the late Theodore and Bertha Gruszezynski Bellinski. Elsie retired as an elementary teacher for Brooke County Schools. In addition to her parents, she was preceded int death by her daughter Audra Schupbach Flannigan and her sister Lucille Carmichael. She is survived by her husband Charles “Ed” Schupbach, and a grandson Matthew Flannigan. Visitation was held on Friday, March 17, 2023 until the time of the service, at Reasner Funeral Home, Wellsburg, with Joy Leasure officiating.
