ARTHUR G. “BUTCH” MILLER, JR., 76, of Weirton, WV passed away at Allegheny General on Tuesday, March 21, 2023. He was born in Steubenville on January 11, 1947, one of five children to Arthur and Nellie Gale Miller, Sr. Butch nourished his faith at Saint Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church and held a position with the Knights of Columbus.
