DORIS J. LEASURE, 70, of Weirton, WV, passed away Friday, March 24, 2023 at home. She was born October 11, 1952 in Steubenville, OH, daughter of the late Oliver K. Jones and Muriel Fox Rotherman. She is also preceded in death by her companion, Angelo J. DeLuca; brother, James Edward Leasure.
