Richard Melto

RICHARD MELTO, 85, a lifelong resident of the Weirton community, passed away on March 21, 2023. He was born on January 30, 1938, to Joseph Melto, Sr. and Lena Muzi Melto. Richard graduated from Weir High School, served his country with the United States Air Force, and provided for his family by working in the Tin Mill of Weirton Steel.
