PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on MAY 28, 2023, at 9:30 o’clock a.m, the petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, is seeking to terminate the parental and custodial rights of APRIL VENIZIALE, biological mother of the child named above. The Department alleges, among other things, that the Respondent parent have been adjudicated as an abusing parent, and that there is no reasonable likelihood that the conditions of neglect or abuse can be substantially corrected in the near future and that it is necessary for the welfare of the child to terminate the parental rights of the parents.
It is ORDERED that a disposition hearing be held before the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, Third Floor, Brooke County Courthouse, 632 Main Street, Wellsburg, West Virginia on May 9, 2023, at 9:30 o’clock a.m, and that APRIL VENEZIALE appear to object or make other defenses to the relief requested herein. Failure to appear or otherwise make defense at such hearing may result in the termination of the parental and/or custodial rights APRIL VENEZIALE.
