Carol A. Shimp Billiard

CAROL A. SHIMP BILLIARD, 80, of Wellsburg, WV, passed away peacefully at home on April 1, 2023. Carol was born November 29, 1942, in Wheeling, WV to the late Mary Francis Shaffer Smith. She was a Roman Catholic by faith, the owner and operator of Headlines by Kim, and most importantly a mother, grandmother, and the wife of Paul “Bud” Billiard Jr. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Paul “Bud” Billiard Jr. who passed in 2021, and one brother Ronald “Buck” Shimp. She is the loving mother of Kimberly (Mark) Wales, Paul Billiard and companion Trisha, T.J. (Erin) Billiard; seven grandchildren: Kyle (Courtney) Wales, Kody Wales, Cross Billiard, Bode Billiard, Giana, Angelo and Rocco Billiard; one great grandchild, Liam; sister, Nancy (Richard “Soup”) Campbell and Trisha’s children Drew and Reagan. Visitation was held Friday, April 7, 2023 until the time of the service, with Pastor Jim Forbes officiating.
