DANIEL ANTHONY CIPOLETTI, 90, of Wellsburg, WV passed away April 5, 2023, at Lancia Villa Vista, Steubenville, OH. He was born August 25, 1932, in Wheeling, WV to the late Alphonse and Angela Johns Cipoletti. Dan was retired from Tri State Asphalt as a plant operator, an Army Veteran during Korean War.
