KENNETH LEE HAYNES, 73, of Wellsburg, WV passed away April 9, 2023, at Sistersville Center, Sistersville, WV. He was born February 28, 1950, in Charleston, WV to the late Eulan R. and Lois Winfrey Haynes. He was a line operator for Windsor Coal Company.
