REBECCA ANN DORSEY, 57, of Weirton, WV, passed away Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at home. She was born February 1, 1966 in Wheeling, WV, daughter of Joan Teachout Schmalstieg and the late Henry Schmalstieg. Rebecca was a professional photographer who loved animals and the ocean.
