CLEO JOHNSTON, 94, of Weirton, WV passed on after a lengthy illness, at the Weirton Geriatric Center Wednesday, April 12, 2023. She was born on October 1, 1928, in Weirton. She was one of four children to Alexander and Irene (Halakas) Kontis.
