Patsy P. Rocchio

PATSY P. ROCCHIO, 64, a lifelong resident of Weirton, WV passed away suddenly on April 10, 2023. Patsy was born on May 18, 1958, one of seven children born to Frank and Antoinette Dellicarpini Rocchio. Patsy was a hardworking man who spent 25 years of his life driving a cement truck for Starvaggi Industries.
