Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of May, 2023, at 1:30 o’clock p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Alexandra Elise Franke will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Alexandra Elise Franke to Alexander Edward Franke, and changing the Petitioner’s gender to male, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
