Foraging Class Set

Tri-State Area Master Gardeners will present a Forging Class Saturday, April 29, at 11 a.m. in the River Room of the Brooke County Public Library in Wellsburg.
The program will include “Ramp King” Walter Danna and “Wild” Liz Harper, a 25-year Master Gardener and presenter of wild edible plants and herbs.
Plants to be discussed included elderberry, plantain, ramps, dandelions, purslane, yarrow, chickweed and sassafras.
Spring tonics and light refreshments will be served after the program.
No registration is required.
