AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that SWN Production Company, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G70-D General Permit Modification for a natural gas production facility (OV ROYALTY TRUST LLC) located in Brooke County, WV.
From I-70 take exit 1A to SR-2 North. Travel SR-2 North for 15.7 miles to SR-27, (10 St – Washington Pike), and turn right. Travel 3.1 miles on SR-27 to CR-18 (North View Rd) and turn left on CR-18. Travel 2.5 miles to access road on left.
Latitude and longitude coordinates are: 40.29429, -80.58553
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) 36.24 tons/year
Carbon Monoxide (CO) 74.15 tons/year
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) 25.20 tons/year
Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) 0.09 tons/year
Particulate Matter (PM) 1.29 tons/year
Benzene 0.21 tons/year
Ethylbenzene 0.03 tons/year
Formaldehyde 2.79 tons/year
n-Hexane 0.73 tons/year
Toluene 0.15 tons/year
Xylenes 0.34 tons/year
Methane 26.49 tons/year
CO2 Equivalent 27,348 tons/year
Operations are planned to begin on or about June 16, 2023. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
