RUTH ANN PRAGER, 75, of New Cumberland, WV passed away Tuesday April 25, 2023. She was born December 11, 1947, in Wheeling, WV, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Phyllis Smythe Cribbs. She was also preceded in death by two sons, David and Derek Prager. Ruth was a Nazarene by faith. She retired from Weirton Medical Center as a transporter.
