Joyce Elaine (Orsini) Bray

JOYCE ELAINE (ORSINI) BRAY, 81, of Follansbee, WV died peacefully surrounded by her husband and daughter on May 4, 2023, at Weirton Medical Center. Joyce was born on July 25, 1941, in Gary, IN. a daughter of the late Lawrence and Beatrice (Barrett) Orsini. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by a cousin, Nick Rogers who was like a brother. Joyce graduated from Big Red High School and attended the College of Steubenville and earned a degree as a Dental Technician. She worked for several local dentists as a dental assistant. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Wellsburg, Women of the Moose #1564, Elks #1553, and American Legion Auxiliary Post 45. She is survived by her husband of 32 years, the love of her life, Robert A. Bray, Jr. at home; one daughter, Tami Lyn (Parks) Wietfeld of Mingo Junction, OH; one grandson, Colton Craig Wietfeld; three cousins, Shirley Rogers who was like a sister, Rixon (Juanita) Barrett, and Kimberlie (Rogers) Bowers who was like a niece; a sister in law, Carol (John) Mathews of Morgantown, WV; three nephews; and a sister-in-law, Janine Regas of St. Clairsville, OH. A Memorial service is being planned for the near future at Mullenbach Funeral Home, Follansbee.
