LINDA DIANE BAILEY MOZINGO, 72, of Wellsburg, WV passed away May 1, 2023, at Trinity West, Steubenville, OH. She was born November 9, 1950, to the late Allen “Beetle” and Delores Custer Bailey. She was a retired nurse at UPMC.
