SANDRA “O.J.” WELSHANS, 80, of Paris, PA passed away Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at home. She was born June 21, 1942, in Colliers, WV, the daughter of the late Emerson “Bud” and Mary Amelia Perkins Welshans. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Walter Welshans.
