PUBLIC NOTICE OF CHANGE IN MUNICIPAL FEE
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Chapter 8, Article 13 of the W.Va. Code that the Village Council of the Village of Windsor Heights has amended Ordinance #13 to increase the municipal service fee and assessment to $15.
