Declan Theo Fadse

DECLAN THEO FADSE, of Wellsburg, WV died peacefully on Friday, May 12, 2023 at the WVU Medicine Childrens Hospital in the presence of his loving parents. He was born on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 to his parents Matt and Rachel (Kimball) Fadse. Declan, this sweet baby boy only lived a very short three days, but what an amazing three days it was with his family. He was a loving son, grandson, great grandson, and nephew. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his maternal grandparents Larry(Renada) Kimball of Colliers, WV; paternal grandparents: Melissa(James) Fisher of Follansbee, WV, Jimmy(Robin) Fadse of Colliers, WV; paternal great grandparents Ted(Judy) Williams of Wellsburg, WV, uncles: Tony(Linnie) Martin, Matthew Kimball, Paul Kimball, and his aunt Hayley Fadse. The family would like to remind everyone that “Each new life, no matter how brief, forever changes the world”. Declan changed the world, his parents world, and more than he ever knew. All services and inurnment were held privately. Arrangements were entrusted to the Mullenbach Funeral Home, Follansbee.
