FRANK PATRICK NOTNI, 71, of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on Sunday, May 14, 2023, at Brightwood Center in Follansbee. Born on February 25, 1952, in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late Frank E. and Dora Marie (D’Eugenio) Notni. Frank graduated from Madonna High School in 1970.
