William L. Miller Jr.

WILLIAM L. MILLER, JR., 59, of New Cumberland, WV passed away Monday May 8, 2023, at Veterans Place, Pittsburgh, PA. He was born July 21, 1963, in Tyndall Air Force Base Hospital, FL, the son of the late William L. Miller, Sr. and Juanita Mae Manack Miller Cavalet. Bill was a United States Navy veteran, having served on the USS Lexington. His most recent employment was as an award recognized truck driver with Dailey Express Trucking, Carlisle, PA. Surviving is his companion, Kathy Archer Beagle; sister, Kim Ann Miller and her caretaker, Lisa Skelly (Rich); father and grandfather figure to; Rachael Paris (Kenny), Jay Beagle; grandchildren, Travis Lowther (Savannah), Rhiannon Paris. Visitation was held Tuesday, May 16, 2023 until the time of the funeral service, at Steel and Wolfe Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Weirton, with Pastor Kenn Jacobs presiding. Military funeral honors were rendered by the U.S. Navy and American Legion Post No. 10 honor guards. Interment was in New Cumberland Cemetery. Condolences may be left at www.steelandwolfe.com.
