DAVID GARY DOTSON, 59, of Follansbee, WV passed away on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at home. David was born on November 5, 1963, in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late Paul and Virginia (Harbert) Dotson. In addition to his parents David is preceded in death by his brother-in-law Joseph Boyd.
