Jennifer J. Ice Monroe

JENNIFER J. ICE MONROE, 52, of Follansbee, WV passed away May 19, 2023, at Brightwood Center, Follansbee. She was born December 12, 1970, in Wheeling, WV to the late William “Bill” and Deloris Moore Flynn. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband Everett “Dale” Monroe, who passed in 2016, a brother Timothy Ice and a grandson Lucas Parr. She is survived by two daughters, Cynthia Parr and Kayla Monroe, both of Follansbee, WV, two sisters, Kathy Young of Wellsburg, WV and Vickie Simons (Ronald) of Washington, PA; and four grandchildren: Keagen, Brantley, Avagail and Gideon. Visitation was held on Monday, May 22, 2023 until the time of the service, at Reasner Funeral Home, Wellsburg, with Elder Joy Leasure officiating. Interment followed at Franklin Cemetery, Wellsburg.
