STANLEY GREGORY STONER, 74, of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at Encompass Health in Sewickley, PA. Stanley was born on June 18, 1948, in Wheeling, WV, a son of the late Stanley F. and Martha E. (Fithen) Stoner.
