WAYNE C. ELLIS, 83, of Weirton, WV, passed away Thursday, June 8, 2023 at Select Specialty Hospital, Weirton. He was born February 23, 1940 in Wheeling, WV, son of the late Charles M. and Ruth Blattner Ellis.
