REVEREND KEVIN L. BOWERS, 67, of New Cumberland, WV passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 11, 2023, at Weirton Medical Center. He was born February 28, 1956, in Charleroi, PA, the son of the late Vernon and Ellamae Owens Bowers.
