ROBERT D. (DOUG) PLATT, 70, of Wellsburg, WV died June 13, 2023, at Weirton Medical Center. He was born August 14, 1952, in Steubenville, OH the son of Robert M. and Patricia (Wertz) Platt. Doug graduated from Brooke High School class of 1970. Following graduation, he worked at Banner Fiberboard company for 30+ years.
